Doctor’s Order

If you do not upload your doctor’s order and you do not bring it with you to your appointment, we will not be able to perform the ultrasound and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

We strongly prefer that you upload your doctor’s order ahead of time (you can do this through the online booking system when you make your appointment), but understand that technology doesn’t always cooperate. If that is the case, remember to bring your doctor’s order with you to your appointment.

Insurance 

Bella Diagnostic does not take insurance, but we can provide you with a super bill that you can to submit to your insurance company.

Payment Methods 

We accept FSA and HSA, as well as debit/credit cards and cash. Please note that we do not accept any form of checks.

Exam Preparation

You must follow the instructions that will be emailed to you in order to prepare for your ultrasound. Failure to complete the required exam preparation may result in cancellation. In such cases, rescheduling may be necessary and subject to a $25 rebooking fee.

Cancellation Policy

Bella Diagnostic has a 24-hour cancellation window, and appointments cancelled within the 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a $25 cancellation fee. In some cases, you may be charged in part or in full for the cost of your exam.

Early Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrivals

If arriving 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, Bella Diagnostic cannot guarantee same-day service and may need to reschedule your appointment for later in the day or on another day.

Deposit

Bella Diagnostic reserves the right to request a deposit (either in part or in full) in certain circumstances (e.g., no show appointments).
